Product Application 
Hammerlock couplings link are widely used in port, electric power, steel, shipbuilding, mining, railway, construction, chemical metallurgy, automobile manufacturing, plastic machinery, industrial control, road, transport equipment, slope tunnel, well control protection, assistance and salvage at sea, marine engineering, airport construction, bridge, aviation and mechanical equipments in basic construction project.
Installation: Easy installation, add grease to the inside of the washer and grind the angle of the pin slightly. Place the pin in the drill and bevel the end of one side with a file or rough cement. To install on the truck, put the shim in while inserting the pin as far as it will go. Use a hammer or C-clamp to pin the pin to the locking ring.

We do spectrographic analyze and chemical elements check to ensure the raw material is proper alloy steel

We do micrographic analyze to check the heat treatment are good and can reach grade 80 quality

We do magnaflux crack detection to sort out the chain hooks with cracks.

We do low temperature test to be sure our Grade 8 hooks can be used properly under extreme temperatures

We do tensile strength test to ensure 4 times safety factor of all our Grade 8 hooks and links.

We do fatigue test for all the chain hooks and chain links that made of EN standard raw materials.

We do salt spray test to check the corrosion resistance of power painting
