Technical requirements:

3, can select two appropriate positions at the short distance of the hook opening to print signs that are not easy to wear, measure the distance of the mark, as the basis for detecting whether the opening degree has changed in use.
4, hook material can be selected 20 carbon steel or hook special materials DG20Mn, DG34CrMo forged, it is strictly prohibited to use casting hook. The material of the plate hook is generally A3, C3 ordinary carbon steel, or 16Mn low alloy steel 
5, the technical conditions of the self-made hook should comply with the provisions of GB 10051.1-88 ~ GB 10051.5-88 (new standard: GB10051.1-2010 ~ GB 10051.5-2010) 
6, the longitudinal axis of the hook plate must be located in the rolling direction of the steel plate, and the hook plate is not allowed to splice. 
7. The hook piece of the plate should be riveted with countersunk head rivets, and the high-stress bending part of the plate hook that is in contact with the lifting point of the lifting object should not be connected with rivets. 
8, the hook between the laminated sheet is not allowed to be completely closed welding, only allow intermittent welding. 
9. The hook that has been tested for overload should be scrapped.
