About Our Shackles
1. The shackle should be smooth and flat, and no cracks, sharp edges, over burning and other defects are allowed.
2. Cast-iron or cast steel shackles are strictly prohibited. The buckle body can be forged with calm steel, and the shaft pin can be machined after bar forging.
3. No drilling or welding should be done on the shackle. The buckle body and shaft pin shall not be repaired after permanent deformation.
4, when using, should check the buckle body and bolt, shall not be serious wear, deformation and fatigue cracks.
5. When used, the transverse spacing shall not be strained, and the shaft pin must be inserted with the safety pin.
6. After the correct assembly of the shaft pin, the width of the buckle body shall not be significantly reduced, and the thread connection is good.

Inspection Standard
1, Should be smooth and flat, there should be no cracks, sharp edges and over burning and other defects, magnifying glass can be used to review suspicious areas.
2. Shackle is tested with twice the safety load as the test load. The shaft pin shall not be permanently deformed and can rotate freely after being loosened. The increment of the buckle length shall not exceed.25% or.5mm.
3. Shackles can be sampled for reliability test. The load is twice the test load. The shackle must not break or deform in a way that would deprive the shackle of its carrying capacity.
4. The safety load of the shackle in use shall be approved in class M(4).
5, the buckle body should be marked with strength level, safety load and other marks.
Scrap standard:
1. There is obvious permanent deformation or the shaft pin cannot rotate freely.
2. The wear of any section of the buckle body and shaft pin is more than 10% of the original size.
3. Cracks appear at any place of shackle.
4. Shackle cannot be closed.
5. The shackle is unqualified after the test.
