Product Description

High grade Alloy Steel (Quenched and Tempered) material
Design Factor of 4 to 1 for chain and 5 to 1 for wire rope.
Individually Proof Tested to 2.5 times the Working Load Limit (4:1), unless otherwise noted, with certification.
Each link has a Product Identification Code (PIC)for material tradceability, along with the size and the manfacture mark Larger inside width and length for use with thimble.
Fatigue rated at 1.5 times the WLL with 20,000 cyclic test

The forged master link is forged by special alloy steel with high intensity and high toughness, and then it is heat treated.
Each workpiece should pass testing at 2 times of working load limit.
We should carry out strict sampling and breakage testing for each batch of products and 100% magnetic particle inspection.
Surface treatment: Plastic coating.
Color code: RED / YELLOW
All sizes are forged.
There will be pressing flat only on request.
When it is matched with chain: ultimate load is 4 times the Working Load Limit.
When it is matched with cable wire: ultimate load is 5 times the Working Load Limit.
