Note:
1. Safety requirements for the use of shackles
(1) Shackles must be forged, casting and repair welding shackles cannot be used.
(2) When in use, the specified load should not be exceeded, and the pin shaft and the top of the buckle should be stressed, but not laterally. Horizontal use will cause the buckle body to deform.
(3) When hoisting, use shackles to bind. When the object is lifted, the buckle should be on the top and the pin should be on the bottom. After the rope buckle is stressed, the pin should be pressed down. Due to the force on the pin, friction will be generated in the pin hole, so that the pin is not easy to come out.
(4) Do not throw the shackle down from a high place to prevent the shackle from being collided with the ground and deformed or internally damaged and cracked.
2. Scrap of shackle Shackles shall be scrapped when one of the following occurs:
(1) Cracks occur anywhere in the shackle.
(2) The wear of any section of the buckle body and the shaft pin is more than 10% of the original size.
(3) There is obvious permanent deformation or the shaft pin cannot rotate freely.
(4) The bolt is broken or slipped.
(5) Shackles cannot be locked.
