Inspection standards:
1, Should be smooth and flat, no cracks, sharp edge and overburning and other defects, magnifying glass can be used to review the suspicious area.
2. Shackle is tested with twice the safety load as the test load. The shaft pin shall not be permanently deformed and can rotate freely after being loosened. The increment of the buckle length shall not exceed.25% or.5mm.
3. Shackles can be sampled for reliability test. The load is twice the test load. The shackle must not break or deform in a way that would deprive the shackle of its carrying capacity.
4. The safety load of the shackle in use shall be approved in class M(4).
5, the buckle body should be marked with strength level, safety load and other marks.
