Eye type garb hook is often used in the process of lifting operation, and the hook often works with the chain. In the process of use, the ordinary eye type garb hook has a small contact surface with the chain, and the chain repeatedly frictions on the hook, which reduces the strength of the chain for a long time, leading to bending deformation of the chain in the case of not reaching the specified number of load times, and serious breakage may occur. There are great security risks. The G80 eye type with wing grab hook produced by our factory has a large contact surface on the outer wing, which has a large contact surface with the chain. The larger contact surface disperses the force area, which protects the strength of the chain, avoids bending deformation or breaking when the chain is loaded, improves the strength of the hook and prolongs the life of the chain. The surface has two kinds of treatment, red plastic and galvanized, can also be customized according to customer needs, welcome customers to order.

Matters needing attention
1. When using the hook, the rigging parts should be hung into the force center of the hook rather than directly on the tip of the hook (FIG. 1)
2. When the hook is cracked or deformed, it is strictly prohibited to repair the hook by welding or heating bending (FIG. 2).
3. It is forbidden to use any part of the hook when the wear has exceeded 10% of the original size (FIG.3).
4. When the two slings are put into the hook, the Angle from the vertical plane to the pull of the sling should not be greater than 45 degrees, and the included Angle between the two slings should not exceed 90 degrees (FIG.4).
5. Correct use method and force direction of the hook (FIG.5).
6. with the insurance card hook, insurance card damage should be replaced in time.
7. Rotary hooks and other rotary hooks should be filled with lubricating grease before use.
