High strength class 80 steel chain, lifting chain, metal chain
G80 lifting chain is an essential lifting device. In the manufacturing process, only the use of high-quality alloy steel, and strict control of the process, the chain up to G80. Our G80 chain achieves a factor of 4 safety. The surface of the chain can be polished, blackened, hot-dip galvanizing, painting, hanging plastic, electroplating, dachro and other processing. We can also print "G80" or other marks according to your request.

Production process (Quality assurance)
1) Steel will be molded to the required dimensions as specified in EN818-2(or AS2321:2014).
2) The weld is produced using a resistance butt process and positioned in the center of the connected leg. Everything came off without a hitch.
3) Before heat treatment, all links are calibrated to ensure that the chain marks are qualified and the chain is safe to use.
4) All chains are subjected to intermediate frequency heat treatment, quenched above AC3 and tempered before leaving the factory
We are a professional manufacturer of lifting chain, producing from 4MM to 36MM various specifications of lifting chain. Our company is one of the few domestic chain manufacturers with CE certification, and through TUV certification.
The chain of our company fully conforms to the latest eu standard EN818-7, producing G80 G100 chain.
Production capacity
Products are mainly divided into three parts, one is 6mm to 30mm high tensile chain, the second is 1.5mm to 50mm stainless steel chain, the third is 1.5mm to 30mm commercial chain. These products are widely used in lifting, coal mining, fishing, shipping and other industries. And according to customer requirements and drawings to produce a variety of non-standard connecting rod.
